Taichi has also been referred to as Shadow Boxing throughout the years. And while it stems back to the martial arts, this graceful, elegant, and most of all peaceful form of exercise has been developed throughout the centuries to benefit body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be able to experience all the benefits of taichi with a lesson from a local master who will make sure that you get an excellent lesson. You will be taught the proper hand positions, stances and movements that fall under Taichi, alongside others, and you will perform the movements in unison. Each movement targets a specific meridian of the body, thus allowing you get an all-around exercise. The lesson will be done outdoors, with a great view of the city, so you can enjoy the fresh air and atmosphere as you do the activity.

Classes will be taught in Tamar Park which you can enjoy the spectacular sea view of Hong Kong while practicing Taichi.
