There are several outdoor activities you can try (in groups of 4 or less of course) while staying in Hong Kong.
HIKING
There are tonnes of hiking trails that you can try in Hong Kong. Give these a whirl:
- The Peak
- Lion Rock
- Sunset Peak
- Lantau Peak
- Dragon Back
SWIMMING
Places such as Repulse Bay and Deep Water Bay are open areas for swimming with safety nets stationed. Feel free to take a dip this summer, and don’t forget your inflatable floaties and sunscreen!
SEA KAYAKING
Check out Sai Kung to rent one-person kayaks so you can drift out in the bay - at a social distance. Or hire a guide such as @WildHongKong to help set you up with kayaking and other water-sport activities
CYCLING
Rent out a bike in Lantau, and as you make your way to Mui Wo for the scenery have a quick stop at the less crowded Pui O beach. Don’t forget to wear your helmets and protective gear!
